USA - Destination Passport

Passport required.

Document validity rules:

Passports and other documents accepted for entry issued to nationals of USA must be valid on arrival.

The following regulations apply to children/minors:

Children younger than 16 years and who are nationals of USA are not allowed to enter the USA on their parents passports.

Minors traveling unaccompanied, or accompanied by one parent or a person other than parent/legal guardian, can prevent possible delays if holding a notarized letter of authorization signed by absent parent(s). For more details refer to https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/3643/kw .

Important:

Passengers entering or transiting through the USA must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 3 days before departure from the first embarkation point. Tests accepted are: NAAT, RT-LAMP, RT-PCR, TMA or viral antigen. Passengers details (e.g., name and date of birth) in the certificate must match those stated in the passport or other travel document; and the test result must specify "negative" or "not detected". If marked "invalid" it is not accepted.

This does not apply to passengers younger than 2 years.

This does not apply to passengers with a medical certificate with a positive Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 90 days before departure from the first embarkation point; and
- a letter issued by a health authority stating that the passenger has been cleared for travel.
- The test result must specify "positive" or "detected", if marked "invalid" it is not accepted.

Passengers arriving in New York State must complete the "Traveler Health Form" at https://forms.ny.gov/s3/Welcome-to-New-York-State-Traveler-Health-Form

Passengers arriving from or who have been in Congo (Dem. Rep.) or Guinea in the past 21 days must arrive at Atlanta (ATL), Chicago (ORD), Los Angeles (LAX), New York: John F Kennedy Intl (JFK) and Newark Liberty Intl (EWR), or Washington (IAD).

Netherlands - Transit Passport

Entry and Transit restrictions apply:

Passengers transiting through the Netherlands must have a negative COVID-19 test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before arrival. Tests accepted are: LAMP, MPOCT, NAAT, PCR, RT-PCR or TMA tests.

This does not apply to passengers younger than 13 years.

This does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic passport.

This does not apply to passengers with a NATO Travel Order or a NATO-2 visa.

This does not apply to passengers with a positive COVID-19 NAAT test result issued at least 2 weeks and at most 8 weeks before arrival; and
- a positive COVID-19 NAAT test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival; and
- a negative COVID-19 NAAT rapid test result taken at most 4 hours before departure of the last direct flight to the Netherlands; or
- a medical certificate specifying that the passenger is not COVID-19 contagious issued at most 72 hours before departure.

This does not apply to passengers with a positive COVID-19 NAAT test result taken at least 2 weeks and at most 8 weeks before arrival; and
- a positive COVID-19 NAAT test result taken at most 72 hours before arrival; and
- a negative COVID-19 NAAT rapid test result taken at most 24 hours before boarding the flight of the first embarkation point; or
- a medical certificate specifying that the passenger is not COVID-19 contagious issued at most 72 hours before departure.
