IATA (Netherlands ) B.V. ("IATA") reserves the right to terminate this license or suspend access to this service at any time.
2. Your Conduct
The content provided using IATA Timatic Services is for your personal use only. You may not reverse engineer, modify, disassemble, lease, rent, transmit, re-transmit, sell, sublicense or reproduce IATA Timatic Information or otherwise create derivative works based on IATA Timatic Information, whether for commercial or non-commercial exploitation by yourself or the organisation or entity to which you are attached or permit third parties to so do. IATA Timatic Information and data made available, but not limited to text, data, graphics, and icons, are copyrighted materials owned by the International Air Transport Association, IATA or other third parties. IATA, www.iata.org and other unique record locators (URL) and or other IATA logos and product and service names are trademarks of IATA or its parent association, which are protected by applicable laws. All rights are reserved. You must not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any software IATA discloses to you, and you must not remove, overprint, or deface any notice of copyright, trademark, logo, legend, or other notice of ownership from any originals or copies of software or information obtained. Any unauthorized use of any materials contained within IATA Timatic Information may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
While every effort has been made to ensure the quality and accuracy of information contained within IATA Timatic Information and on this service, IATA MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE CONTENT AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY.

7. Severability
If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms of Use to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
8. Headings
The section titles in the Terms of Use are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
9. No Waiver
The failure of IATA to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If a dispute arises out of this Agreement, it shall be settled by the competent court in Haarlem, The Netherlands. Decision of the court shall be final and binding.
