Easy Email Option for Sending TimaticWeb 2 Advice


With TimaticWeb 2, you can send personalized Passport, Visa and Health advice directly to your customers via email. Just click on the “Send to Traveler” button at the bottom of the results screen and a box appears with links to the results page. Simply copy the link into your email and send directly to your customers. When the customer clicks the link, they are immediately brought to their personalized results page. It’s that easy.

Send Results Two Ways:

1. Send Only the Results


With the “Send Results Only” option, when customers click on the link in your email message, they are brought to a TimaticWeb 2 page with only the results of the enquiry.

You can also customize the “Send Only the Results” function according to your particular brand. That means, the personalized results page is formatted with your branding instead of IATA’s, creating a stronger bond between you and your customers. 2. Send Results with Option to Update

With this option, customers can add or update the input fields and re-run the enquiry to more accurately personalize the results. You can limit the number of times a customer can perform enquiries on the settings page.
