With TimaticWeb 2, you benefit from two simple and easy methods for integrating personalized Passport, Visa and Health information into your website as well as e-communications with customers:
1. Create Your Own Branded TimaticWeb 2 Site
Our user-friendly customization tool allows you to quickly create your own Timatic site and integrate it into your public or internal website(s).
Build a branded site with a personalized its look and feel by:
- Uploading your corporate logo
- Selecting the formatting for all elements on the site that match your business’s look and feel, including font type, color, size etc.
- Defining default values. For example, an Australian travel agent may want the default nationality to be Australia. You can also determine which entry fields to display and which ones to hide. The more you display, the more personalized the advice for the passenger!
2. Deliver Customer Information via Email
Using email, you can send any Passport Visa and Health information directly to the inboxes of your customers. Simply click on the ‘Send to Customer’ button and copy the link into your email communications.
Depending on the situation, you can select from two types of messages to send:
- Send Results Only – When a customer clicks on this button they are brought to a TimaticWeb 2 page with the results of the enquiry only.
- Send Results with Option to Update – This option allows customers to update the input details and re-run the enquiry. Please note that you can limit the number of times a customer can perform enquiries.
